Sv650 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the sv650 platform. By registering for or using any services provided by sv650, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the sv650 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sv650 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the first date you access or register an account on our platform. sv650 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
Your continued use of the sv650 platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest terms of use.
Account Creation & Security
To register an sv650 account, you must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age required under applicable local laws. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sv650 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing any fund withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. sv650 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the sv650 support team immediately through the available channels. You are also advised to use a strong, unique password and to change it regularly.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an sv650 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, disrupt other users, or abuse the payment systems provided.
The following are strictly prohibited on the sv650 platform:
- Registering or using an account with false information or another person's identity
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the platform's systems
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Sharing your account with others or transferring your account to another individual
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain
- Distributing unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content to other users
Sv650 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, in the event that any of the above prohibitions are violated. sv650's decision in such matters is final and non-negotiable.
Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the sv650 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods listed in the user's account, which may include local online banking, FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods available from time to time.
Sv650 will endeavour to process withdrawals within the stated timeframe, though actual processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and internal verification requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance checks before approval.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and up to date. sv650 shall not be liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information submitted by the user.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment methods, will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in immediate account closure and the freezing of any existing balance.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Sv650 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and securely at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or that security vulnerabilities will never occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, sv650 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of the platform. sv650's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
Sv650 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension, any legitimate funds will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance with identity verification requirements.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the sv650 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other visual elements on the sv650 platform are the exclusive property of sv650 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from sv650.
Any unauthorised use of sv650's intellectual property may result in legal action against the responsible party. Users are permitted to view and use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the use of the services provided.
The sv650 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. sv650 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing any external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
